What is “Morning Feel”?

by Steve@Zeo on February 17, 2011

The morning feel measure that is in the Zeo sleep journal, as well as on the bedside display, was meant to be a way for you to log how you felt immediately upon awakening in the morning. However, depending on what you’re interested in tracking and what you value most, you’re welcome to interpret the question in whatever way is most useful to you. For example, you could use the scale to rate how you think you slept, you could rate how easy it was to wake up, or you could indicate how your morning went. As long as you’re consistent in how you use the morning feel measure, it can be a helpful tool for you in connecting the cause and effect patterns between your sleep with your daily life.
