New & Improved myZeo Features: Better Navigation, Convenience, & “Shareability”

in Sleep Data

We’re excited to announce that there are some new tweaks and features to the myZeo user account!  This is part of massive internal initiative to launch several new small and large features, services and capabilities to help improve sleep and the Zeo experience.  I’d like to take a moment to highlight three new features that can be found on your ZQ breakdown page:  Updated Navigation, Print My Data, and Tweet My Data.

Navigate My Data: Quicker, Easier, Faster

Many Zeo customers have more than a year’s worth of data in their myZeo account.  Unfortunately, it wasn’t very easy to jump between nights of sleep graphs and ZQ Breakdowns.   As an improvement, we added two features to improve navigation:  Calendar View, and First & Last Buttons.

With the Calendar view, you can now “jump” to any night by selecting the month and day and pull up a specific night.  To do so:

  • click on Calendar Icon next to date at the top of the Nav bar to pull up a monthly view
  • select a specific night for viewing.  Any calendar date with sleep data are listed in bold.

In addition, First & Last Buttons allow you to skip to the oldest and newest nights of data.  These buttons are on the farthest edges of the Nav Bar.

Print My Data (So I Can Share It)

Our Customer Support crew has received a number of questions about how to easily print out their sleep information to  share it with friends, health or wellness experts, and family members.  To make things a little easier, we added a Print button to each of the sleep data tools in myZeo.

Simply click on the “Print” icon in the lower right hand corner to get a user-friendly, carbon copy of your data.

Tweet My Data

We’ve also enjoyed watching people on tweet their ZQs – whether they are personal highs, frustrating lows, or somewhere in between.  But what about tweeting a quick synopsis of an overall night of sleep, including ZQ and total time in each sleep stage?  Well now you can.

In the ZQ Breakdown tool, you’ll see a Tweet icon on the right; click on it and your Twitter account will open and auto-fill your night’s sleep data.

In addition to ZQs and sleep breakdowns, you can see a whole lot more at Zeo’s Twitter feed.  Be sure to check out it out!

More to Come

As I mentioned at the beginning, we are working on a whole slew of new things right now and you’ll be seeing a lot of changes in the coming months.  We want to know what you think, so please take a moment to reach out and tell us!  You can join the discussion on the Forum, post a comment on our Facebook wall, tweet your thoughts, or contact our Customer Support team via email or by phone at 1-888-699-3643.

Happy Sleeping!

Among other things, co-founder Jason (ZQ: 73) is responsible for designing our products, which includes everything you see, touch, read, hear, and interact with on Zeo, myZeo.com and the Sleep Coaching program.  He’s also writing a series of posts about various features that are built into Zeo.  If you would like to learn why things are designed the way they are, send us an email and Jason will discuss it in a future post!
