There’s been a lot of chatter on Zeology this past year about the relationship between Zeo and e-Patients, how different communities, such as CureTogether and TMJ Hope, swap and share their data, their tricks, and tips about what works and what does not, in the pursuit of health, wellness, and the ability to lessen or end pain.
But what about all of you who don’t have problems with your sleep? What about the data junkies or the body hackers? What about you, who tries to run 2-3 times a week just to see what your personal best is? The question you all ask is “What can Zeo do for me? “
Author Tim Ferriss asked himself the same question. The self professed data junkie and human guinea pig extraordinaire decided that, after learning how to work just 4 hours a week, he’d turn his attention to what the human body is capable of. Turns out, we can do a lot—and a lot quicker than we think.
The catch-22 is that we can’t do it without sleep.
Tim himself was quick to point this out. In a recent interview with Ben@Zeo, Tim summed up the linchpin qualities of sleep:
Sleep is either the force multiplier or the biggest handicap so if you’re not sleeping properly, what you do besides that really doesn’t matter. You’ll have to work ten times harder to get the results that you want, if you can get them at all, whereas if you fix your sleep, certainly for any type of muscular gain—especially for endurance training—you have to sleep and you have to have high quality, restorative sleep. And it doesn’t happen if you’re making certain kind of mistakes.
For Tim, this meant using Zeo to help him find his mistakes, and then eliminating them from his life and his sleep. But don’t take our word for it; let Tim tell you himself.
To say that we’re thrilled by what Tim’s doing is an understatement. We’re excited. Pumped. Over the moon. It’s this merger of technology, human performance, and the individual that keeps leading the revolution. And we want you to be a part of it. We’re only as good as our fallen brothers in arms, so we’re here to pick you up, dust you off, and get you on your way again.
Here’s one way to do it.
Just in time for the holiday season, you too, can get in on Tim’s secrets. For free. Seriously. 100 Zeo buyers will get a free hardcover copy of Tim’s book, The Four Hour Body (released yesterday, BTW). Get better sleep and learn how to eat like Santa—but still look like Jesus—this Christmas. Win? Total win. Just make sure to use this link when doing that last minute holiday shopping.
And, in case you missed it yesterday, you can also win a free Zeo. Just a little something for our fellow comrades.
