What Expert Answers Is Not
All this information, however, comes with a caveat. The biggest challenge for Expert Answers is to walk the fine line between helpful information (that’s us) and medical advice (which we can not provide). True, some of our experts are physicians–but they are not your physicians. They do not know you personally and they are not looking at your data.
If you have a specific question about your sleep data and how it relates to your health and well-being, both us and our experts strongly advise that talk to your doctor, as only they can give advice that’s best for you.
How can you tell if your question walks this line? Ask yourself if an internet search for your exact question would get you answers; the search engine doesn’t know who you are (it’s an algorithm, after all), but it can show you where to find information.
Here are some examples of what we can answer….
“What’s the range of Deep Sleep for a 50 year old man?”
“How come I don’t remember waking up during the night?”
And what we can’t answer:
What’s a good amount of Deep Sleep for me?”
“Here’s my ZQ; what can you tell me about my sleep?”
So, if you do have a general question about sleep, we invite you to submit it here or browse through our archive of answers to see if we already answered it. As always, if you think we’re missing something, let us know. Comment below, send us an email, tweet @Zeo, post on our Facebook wall; however you choose to say it, we’re all ears.
